Bus Service

School transport is provided in modern vehicles with door-to-door service. Half-route (home–school or school–home) and full-route (home–school–home) options are available.

Fees

Application and admission fees

- The school does not publish fixed public amounts for application, enrollment (matrícula) or annual tuition as a single public schedule; specific monetary figures are provided directly to families as part of the admissions/registration process.

Tuition (by year group)

- The institution charges a tuition (colegiatura) for each student that covers teaching, accident insurance, complementary curriculum and certain in‑school materials; the value of tuition is set per student/grade and communicated to families individually during admission or re‑registration.

- Books and textbooks are not included in the colegiatura amount; their cost is billed separately and collected in three instalments during October, November and December.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Two principal payment modalities are available for tuition and optional services:
- Annual (single) payment of the full course fee, which receives a 5% discount if formalized before 12 September.
- Monthly instalments: ten equal monthly payments from September through June, due within the first five business days of each month.

- Late payment penalty: payments received after the deadline incur a surcharge of MXN 500 per month; failure to pay three or more monthly colegiaturas authorizes the school to suspend continuation of services.

- Service‑specific billing rules:
- Transport service is contracted for an 11‑month period (service provided September–July) and is billed in 10 equal instalments payable within the first five business days of each month; the transport tariff is established in August and may be adjusted only for exceptional fuel cost increases or force majeure.
- Comedor (meal) service is mandatory and supplied by an external provider; suspension of comedor may occur if a family is in arrears.
- Extra‑curricular activities and workshops are billed at the start of each semester/module; cancellations must be submitted in writing with at least 20 days' notice prior to the next period.

Boarding fees

- The Guadalajara campus operates as a day school and does not publish or list boarding/boarding‑house (internado) fees; no boarding service is provided at this campus.

Other costs and fees

- Uniforms: a standard uniform is required (details of garments and appearance rules are provided); uniform items are an additional family expense.

- Textbooks and school materials: delivered during the first days of the course and billed separately in the October–December instalments.

- Comedor (meals): mandatory and billed as a separate service.

- School accident insurance: included within the colegiatura; the policy provides coverage up to MXN 150,000 with a deductible of MXN 500 per claim.

- Optional services (transport, extra‑curriculars, selected programs and camps) incur additional fees billed according to the service schedules described above.

Refunds and contract termination

- If the student's representative decides to terminate the contract during the school year, outstanding teaching fees up to the end of the course must be paid except where a just cause is accepted by School Direction; expulsion for disciplinary reasons requires payment of monthly fees only up to the date of expulsion.

- No general public policy of cash refunds for paid tuition, enrollment or services is published in the school's informational manual; special cases (for example under the Guarantee of Escolaridad) are handled according to the school's established procedures.

Fee payment options

- Domiciliation (automatic charge to a checking account or debit/credit card).

- Payment by credit card or bank cheque in the school's Accounting Department.

- Bank deposit / referenced payment into institutional accounts: Banco [Bancomer] (convenio 820482) or Banco del Bajío (cuenta 2647469), with the student's name used as reference. Receipts are posted to the accounts indicated by families within the first five days of each month.

- Books and certain fees are billed and collected in the months indicated above; families with two or more children may apply for extended payment plans by contacting the accounting department.

Summary (key points for parents)

- Tuition is billed either as a single annual payment (5% discount if paid early) or in ten monthly instalments (September–June).
- Transport, comedor, textbooks and extra‑curriculars are additional to tuition and have their own billing schedules.
- Late payments incur a MXN 500 monthly surcharge and persistent non‑payment may lead to suspension of services.
