Spanish as a second language and Mexican culture are offered, combining courses across different academic areas. We offer classes taught in English and Spanish. Focus programs are taught exclusively in English, and there are concentrations (specializations), with 17-week semesters. An English-language package of courses is available, worth 18 credits, comprising cultural courses, a Spanish-language course, and courses related to specific academic areas; an 18-credit academic specialization can be completed in a single semester with a recognition diploma if the final grade is 85 or higher. Research projects are supervised by specialists from our research groups, with credits awarded; collaboration with local companies or organizations is available for various areas of specialization and is limited to Campus Querétaro.

Community
The PrepaTec community in Ciudad de México earned the Olweus certification for bullying prevention, awarded by Clemson University. The program, implemented in more than 12 countries, aims to reduce and prevent bullying in basic and upper-secondary education. Since January 2024, strategies include ongoing consulting with Olweus specialists and training for nearly 3,000 teachers and staff. Actions include defining protocols to respond to reports and conducting staff walkthroughs to monitor common spaces; Olweus Bully/Victim questionnaires were administered to more than 7,000 students.
