The school views education as a holistic, student-centered process that develops the student's physical, psychological, intellectual and affective potential. It emphasizes respect for the dignity of all people and aims to prepare students to participate positively as individuals and as members of local, national, and international communities.
Development in two languages is fundamental. In Kinder, English is used most of the time to support immersion, with a strong language program. In Primary and Secondary, English and Spanish programs aim to develop proficiency in both languages, with language taught by subject; Primary class frequencies in English are approximately equal to Spanish, and Secondary are higher to ensure substantial exposure to English.
The mission and philosophy emphasize the student's physical, psychological, intellectual and affective development and the dignity of all people, indicating a focus on mental and emotional well-being as part of the educational approach.
