Enrollment Process
Preschool
1. Interview: The School Director or an appointed director conducts a formal interview with the family to discuss the child's needs and readiness for the Preschool program. The interview helps determine fit for the Preschool track and informs the next steps in the admissions process. Family members should share information about learning goals and any special considerations. This interview establishes the initial expectations for enrollment.
2. Evaluation: An evaluation with the area coordinator is conducted to assess the child's development and suitability for the Preschool track. The evaluation is used to guide admissions decisions and is scheduled by appointment. The coordinator reviews performance indicators and readiness for school routines. Results help determine eligibility for enrollment.
3. Enrollment forms and payments: After receiving enrollment forms, the family completes them and makes the proper payments. These forms and payments initiate the enrollment process. There is an admission test administered individually with a prior appointment, and there is a cost for the exam which will be reimbursed with the enrollment fee. The step advances once forms and payments are received.
4. Documentation: Bring birth certificate, certificate of prior studies, two small color photos, copy of CURP, copy of vaccination certificate, good conduct letter, and statement of no debts with prior school. The listed documents are required to finalize enrollment. The admission test cost is reimbursed as part of the enrollment fee.
Elementary & Middle School
1. Interview: The School Director or an appointed director conducts a formal interview with the family to discuss the child's needs and readiness for the Elementary & Middle School program. The interview helps determine fit for the program and outlines next steps in admissions. Family members provide information on academic history and learning goals as relevant. This interview sets the stage for the admissions process.
2. Admission test: The admission test is administered and must be approved to continue with enrollment. The test is conducted individually with a prior appointment. There is a cost for the exam which will be reimbursed with the enrollment fee. Successful completion and approval are required to move to the enrollment forms stage.
3. Enrollment forms and payments: After receiving enrollment forms, the family completes them and makes the proper payments. These forms and payments progress the enrollment. The next step is submitting the required certificates and documents.

Documentation: Bring birth certificate; grades for the prior school year and/or current school year (SE); two small color photos; copy of CURP; good conduct letter; statement of no debts with prior school. Madison Monterrey Campus is the first Madison Campus, founded in 1978, and is a private international school in Monterrey, Mexico serving students aged three to sixteen. The campus delivers an International Baccalaureate program: the Primary Years Programme (PYP) for ages 3–11 and the Middle Years Programme (MYP) for early adolescents, with a strong emphasis on inquiry, intercultural understanding, and real-world application. The Pre-School maintains 100% English instruction to support language immersion, while Elementary offers a bilingual English–Spanish program and a strong reading focus. The curriculum integrates technology to reinforce Math, Science, and Language, and includes dedicated labs for Music, Science, Art PYP, and STEAM. Facilities include a neuromotor gym, library, cafeteria, and outdoor fields for basketball and soccer.
