The Edron Academy is a British international school in Mexico City for ages 2 to 18. The curriculum blends the United Kingdom National Curriculum with Mexican SEP programmes to form a bicultural framework. In Primary, core subjects are taught in English, with Spanish and SEP content delivered by Mexican teachers. In Secondary, Key Stage 3 follows a tailored English programme alongside SEP; Year 10–11 use IGCSE while meeting Mexican requirements; Years 12–13 offer the full International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), including TOK, CAS, and the extended essay. Founded in 1963, it is the oldest British international school in Mexico City and operates on a not-for-profit basis. It is a COBIS Accredited Member and IB World School since 1995, and a Cambridge IGCSE centre. The Edron campuses host Edron Kinder, Edron Primary, Edron Secondary and Edron+. Edron+ provides a wide range of clubs; the school participates in the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Programme. Core values include Respect, Responsibility, and Fairness.

The Edron Academy teaches IB (DP), Bespoke Curriculum, British Curriculum, Cambridge IGCSE for students aged 2 to 18.
The Edron Academy has consolidated the content of the United Kingdom National Curriculum with the Mexican education programmes to create a bicultural curriculum. In Primary, core subjects are taught in English following the UK National Curriculum, with Spanish language and the Mexican SEP curriculum taught by Mexican teachers. In Secondary, Key Stage 3 (Years 7-9) follows a tailored version of the English National Curriculum alongside the Mexican SEP curriculum. Key Stage 4 (Years 10-11) is based on the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), while meeting the Mexican curriculum requirements; the IGCSE programme is the best preparation for the IB Diploma and is internationally recognised. In Years 12 and 13, all students complete the full International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). The IBDP comprises six subject groups and the core components Theory of Knowledge (TOK), Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS), and the extended essay.
Primary class size is capped at 25 pupils per group.
The IB Diploma Programme provides preparation for higher education and graduates go on to study at universities worldwide.

The school offers a bi-cultural education from pre-nursery to IB Diploma for ages 2–18. It is inclusive, happy and high achieving, recognised as the best British-Mexican school. The Edron Academy boasts classroom teachers who are native English speakers at all levels. Most teachers join from the UK and have training from leading pedagogical institutions. All international staff have postgraduate qualifications and have attained QTS (or its equivalent). Local staff are highly qualified, with many undertaking further postgraduate training through British providers while employed at the school. 3.
