Fees
Application fee
- The school does not publish a fixed application or registration fee amount in its publicly available admissions materials. Parents are instructed to contact the School Office for application procedures and availability.

Tuition fees by school year (per term / per year)
- The Wingate School does not publish a public, itemised fee schedule showing per-term or per-year tuition amounts for each year group on its admissions pages. No official breakdown of tuition by Nursery, Primary, Lower Secondary, IGCSE years or IB years is available in the school's published materials.
- Independent school-directory listings report an estimated annual tuition range for The Wingate School for the 2026 period. That directory lists an annual tuition range of EUR 168,300 to EUR 299,200; this represents an external estimate rather than an itemised fee schedule by year group.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- The school's publicly available pages do not publish a detailed billing schedule (term dates for invoicing), payment deadlines, late-payment penalties, or discount/early-payment terms. Families should expect that the school handles billing and payment arrangements directly through the School Office, but specific payment timing and terms are not shown in the published materials.

Boarding fees (if applicable)
- The Wingate School operates as a day school on its Huixquilucan campus and provides school transport and extended hours; there is no description of on‑campus boarding or residential provision. The school does reference that exchange or global‑programme placements at partner schools use premium boarding houses abroad, but no on‑site boarding option or boarding fee schedule is published for Wingate itself. Therefore, there are no published on‑campus boarding fees.

Other costs and typical additional fees
- Uniforms: students are required to wear a school uniform. A specific uniform price list is not published in the school's public materials.
- Extracurricular activities: one standard extracurricular activity is included in the tuition fee for Primary and Secondary. Additional extracurricular options (for example riding in partnership with a neighbouring riding school) and some optional activities or trips may incur extra charges. A separate price list for optional activities, trips, transport, lunch or extended‑hours services is not published publicly.
- Transport and meals: optional hot lunch, and a GPS‑monitored bus service covering western areas of the city (including Polanco) are offered; corresponding fees for transport and the meal service are not listed in public materials.
- School materials, examinations and external exam fees: no public, itemised list of charges for textbooks, examination entry (IGCSE/IB), activity trips, or specialist resources is published. Families should budget for potential additional costs in these categories.

Refund information
- The school's public pages do not include a published refund policy for deposits, tuition prepayments or cancelled registrations. No specific refund conditions, deadlines or administrative refund processes are available in the school's publicly visible admissions or policy pages.

Fee payment options
- The school's published materials do not list accepted payment methods (for example domestic bank transfer, international wire, credit card, or online payment portal). Families should contact the School Office to confirm accepted payment methods and to obtain banking or payment instructions.

Summary of findings and next step for families (brief factual note)
- The Wingate School provides clear information about its age range (3–18), curriculum, included standard extracurricular activity for Primary and Secondary, transport and meal options; however, the school does not publish a detailed, year‑by‑year tuition schedule, application fee amount, billing calendar, boarding fees, refund policy, or payment-method list in its publicly available materials. Families seeking exact per-term or per-year tuition figures, explicit application/registration fees, billing dates, scholarship details, refund terms, and a list of accepted payment methods must obtain those figures directly from the School Office or official fee schedule provided to applicants.
