The Primary School is located on the TU Campus at Jaffalaan and offers a well-resourced learning environment with integrated state-of-the-art ICT facilities. It has a well-stocked library, and students can play in the schoolyard and gymnasium; older Primary students have gym lessons in the TU Delft gym. Adjacent to ISD is True Colors Childcare, which provides childcare for children up to 4 years and after-school care. The Secondary School moved to a brand-new campus for the 2025/2026 academic year, designed around the school learning concept and able to accommodate 440 students. The Secondary building houses modern classrooms, science rooms, a makerspace for Design & Art, a music room and a gym.
Primary students have a gymnasium in the Primary building, and older Primary students may take gym lessons in the TU Delft gym. The Secondary School has a dedicated gym in its new campus. The schoolyard and gymnasium are used for daily play and physical activity.
ISD provides integrated state-of-the-art ICT facilities across the campus. The Primary School has a well-stocked library. The Secondary building includes modern classrooms, several science rooms, a maker space for Design & Art, and a music room. ISD Secondary uses MacBooks for online learning, projects, assignments and research, and digital citizenship and 21st-century skills are emphasized as part of the curriculum.
After-school activities are offered with options changing each semester. They include Robotics and Lego, Drama, Chinese or Latin language and culture, Philosophy, Cooking, Garden Club and Eco-club. Activities encourage learning beyond the classroom and cater to a broad range of interests.
The International School Delft (ISD) is an IB World School delivering a full continuum of International Baccalaureate from age 4 to 18. The Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP) are taught in English, with Dutch offered as the host-country language and home languages supported. The DP began in 2023/2024 with the goal of completing the continuum by 2024/2025, and students study across six subject groups with some Higher Level and others Standard Level courses. ISD emphasizes digital citizenship and 21st-century skills, using MacBooks for online learning in the Secondary School. The school maintains close links with Delft University of Technology, with campuses on TU Delft grounds: a primary campus on the TU Campus and an updated secondary campus opened in 2025/2026 with a capacity of 440 students. ISD is governed by Laurentius Stichting (Primary) and Lucas Stichting (Secondary), supporting a vertically aligned IB experience.
