- Application fee: refundable only if the school is unable to offer a place; otherwise non-refundable.
- Termly reimbursement policy for students who leave mid-year (academic year 2025–2026 deadlines):
- To be reimbursed two terms' fees when leaving at end of Autumn Term (Autumn Term end date: Friday 19 December 2025), the school must receive formal notice by Tuesday 30 September 2025.
- To be reimbursed one term's fee when leaving at end of Spring Term (Spring Term end date: Wednesday 1 April 2026), the school must receive formal notice by Friday 30 January 2026.

- If formal notice deadlines are missed, the school applies the following liabilities for the subsequent term: 0% (if notice by the formal date), 50% (if notice within the following month), or 100% (if notice after that month) as specified for each term. Students leaving must meet all financial obligations before records are released.
