How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten Admissions Procedure for School Year 2026-2027

1. Application period and eligibility. Applications for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten run from September 22, 2025 to April 30, 2026, and the school may close admissions once the required number of students is reached. The school enforces age eligibility by December 2026: Pre-Kindergarten entrants must be 4 years old by the target date, Kindergarten entrants must be 5 years old by that date. Parents should review the age requirements carefully before applying.

2. Online admissions portal access and account setup. Access the ICAGH Admissions Portal and view the user guide. Create an Admissions Portal account, completing the online application form and verifying the email address; one account per applicant is required and the email will receive all admission communications. These steps initiate the formal application process.

3. Upload first-set requirements (ALL applicants). Upload PSA birth certificate (with registry number), baptismal certificate if applicable, and copies of both parents' government-issued IDs. For Kindergarten applicants, also upload a 2025-2026 preschool enrollment certificate and current school grades with the Learner Reference Number (LRN). Original copies may be required later for enrollment.

4. Initial document verification. The Registrar's Office will verify the initial documents within 2–3 working days after upload. Once approved, you will receive a notification to proceed with payment of the non-refundable Application & Evaluation Fee and upload of the second set of documentary requirements.

5. Upload second-set requirements and pay the Application & Evaluation Fee. The second set includes a pediatrician's Health Record Form, vision and hearing screening results, a digital photo, and a parent guidance sheet. You must also provide the current school's contact for a teacher guidance form and pay the non-refundable Php 1,200 admission fee. Proof of payment should be uploaded in the admissions portal.

6. Schedule and take the on-site admission test. An admission test schedule will be issued via a Test Permit emailed to you, indicating the date, time, and venue. If you need to reschedule, follow the instructions on the Test Permit.

7. Admission test results and parent orientation. Admission results are emailed on a published schedule, and Phase 1 Parents' Orientation is a required attendance for all parents/guardians. If you cannot attend on the scheduled date, contact the registrar to be included in the next available orientation.

8. Reservation and enrollment for SY 2026-2027. After you attend the Phase 1 orientation, you will receive instructions about paying a Reservation Fee to secure a slot, with enrollment materials (Enrollment Primer) to be sent by April 2026. Enrollment is contingent on completing the primer and submitting any remaining requirements.

Grade School (Grades 1–6) and High School (Grades 7–11) Admissions Procedure for School Year 2026-2027

1. Availability and applicant pool. ICA Greenhills opens Grade School (1–6) and High School (7–11) admissions to qualified applicants when slots are available. The school evaluates applicants through testing and interview as part of a holistic review, considering prior academic records and recommendations as part of the overall profile. There is no published waitlist policy; admissions are contingent on slot availability.

2. Age eligibility (by August 2026). Applicants must meet the age requirements by August 2026 to be considered for Grade 1–11 entry. Parents should verify the age criterion before applying.

3. Online admissions portal access and initial steps. Access the ICAGH Admissions Portal and view the user guide. Create an admissions portal account, completing the online application and verifying the email to receive all communications. One account per applicant is required.

4. Upload first-set requirements (ALL applicants). Upload a parent's letter of intent addressed to the Committee on Admission, PSA birth certificate with registry number, baptismal certificate if applicable, quarterly/semester grades with the learner reference number, and copies of both parents' government IDs. If the applicant is not a Filipino citizen, include pertinent visa and immigration documents. Note that final report cards must be authenticated for enrollment.

5. Verification of initial documents. The Registrar's Office will verify the initial documents within 2–3 working days after upload. Once approved, you will be notified to proceed with the payment of the non-refundable Application & Evaluation Fee and to upload the second set of documents.

6. Upload second-set requirements and pay the Application & Evaluation Fee. The second set includes a Health Record Form, vision/hearing screening results, a digital 2x2 photo, Guidance Information Sheet, and the current school's contact for a recommendation form. A non-refundable Php 1,200 application & evaluation fee is required, payable through the admissions portal.

7. On-site admission test schedule. An on-site admission test will be scheduled after document submission and payment. The Test Schedule is issued by email, with venue details and a reschedule option if needed.

8. Release of test results and orientation; then enrollment. Admission test results are released by email on a published schedule. Accepted applicants' parents receive placement and orientation details, with a required Phase 1 Parents' Orientation. After acceptance, a placement deposit may be required to secure a slot; an Enrollment Primer is sent to guide enrollment.

9. Enrollment and slot reservation. Enrollment for SY 2026-2027 follows after the orientation and placement, with reminders and instructions sent to the registered email. The Registrar's Office provides contact options for questions during the process.
