Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Enrollment for the Primary School and the Kindergarten runs daily until spaces are filled. Contact by phone to learn about vacancies at the preferred campus and to arrange a meeting. Visit the School by appointment; this is the best way to get to know the School and speak with teachers.

2. During the visit, the parent is introduced to the school's offerings. The child is invited to participate in classes. We assess physical, mental, emotional development and the student's independence. The number of places is limited.

3. The child is invited to a trial day with participation in Polish- and English-language classes. The trial day provides an opportunity to experience the learning environment. The results of the observations will be presented at the parent meeting. Admission requires signing an agreement with the parent.

4. First priority for admission to Class 1 goes to graduates of the Buzzy Bee kindergarten and their siblings, as well as siblings of Vancouver Schools students. Admission requires positive completion of recruitment steps. English language proficiency is not tested during recruitment and is not a prerequisite for admission.
