Application and enrolment fees
- Recruitment (application) fee: PLN 750, payable at the beginning of the application process. The recruitment fee is waived for Pre-IB2 students moving directly into the IB Diploma Programme.

Tuition fees — 2025/2026 school year (detailed by year group and payment plan)
- Pre-IB (1st and 2nd grade):
- Monthly plan: 10 installments of PLN 6,000 (10 x PLN 6,000) — installments due by the 15th of each month; first instalment due by 15 August and last instalment due by 15 May of the same school year.
- Two-instalment plan: 2 x PLN 28,500 (5% discount) — payments due by 15 August and 15 November.
- Single payment plan: PLN 54,000 (10% discount) — payment due by 15 August.
- IB Diploma Programme (3rd and 4th grade): tuition is PLN 1,000 higher per monthly instalment than Pre-IB; the published 2025/2026 options are:
- Monthly plan: 10 installments of PLN 7,000 (10 x PLN 7,000) — installments due by the 15th of each month; first instalment due by 15 August and last by 15 May.
- Two-instalment plan: 2 x PLN 33,250 (5% discount) — payments due by 15 August and 15 November.
- Single payment plan: PLN 63,000 (10% discount) — payment due by 15 August.
- Tuition applies to all students and is payable in full for each school year, including students in IB2 (the fourth year).
Tuition fees — 2026/2027 school year (rates for new contracts)
- New contracts signed after the specified cutoff will use adjusted 2026/2027 rates: monthly tuition increases by PLN 1,000 — resulting monthly rates of PLN 7,000 for Pre-IB and PLN 8,000 for IB DP when paying on the monthly plan. Discounts and payment-plan structure (one, two or ten instalments and their deadlines) remain the same. Contracts signed by the end of April (year-dependent) may keep the prior rates according to the school's contracting schedule.
Discounts and family concessions
- The enrolment fee (PLN 3,000) is charged only for the first child joining the Warsaw Montessori Family schools. A 10% discount on tuition is available for the second child and subsequent children.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition may be billed and paid in one, two or ten instalments each school year. Monthly instalments are due by the 15th of each applicable month; the standard monthly plan runs from August (first instalment due by 15 August) through May (last instalment due by 15 May). Two-instalment payments are due by 15 August and 15 November; single-payment discounts require full payment by 15 August. All tuition is charged and payable for the full school year.
Boarding fees

Located in the heart of Warsaw, Warsaw Montessori High School is an international high school that blends Maria Montessori philosophy with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. The school serves students aged 14 to 18 and conducts instruction in English. In Pre-IB (Years 9–10), the Polish national curriculum is integrated with the IB Learner Profile; offerings include extended English, Creative Writing, Academic Skills, Latin, Visual Arts and Drama, and a choice between standard and extended mathematics.
