The school provides a rigorous standards‑based American curriculum for PreK through Grade 12. It is a non‑profit, U.S.‑accredited college‑preparatory school. ASD was established in 1988 and earned NEASC accreditation, with reaccreditation completed in 2021. The school serves about 2,250 students from more than 80 nationalities.
