There is a dress code. Shoulders must be covered; skirts or dresses must reach knee-length; flip-flops are not allowed.
The school has a cafeteria (Mensa) with meals provided daily by a caterer. Lunchtime is served in the cafeteria, and kindergarten children eat in their own rooms with the caregivers.
The school is governed by a school board whose composition includes a chair, treasurer, personnel officer, facilities officer, secretary, and, if applicable, associate members. The board was appointed by the German Embassy in Doha. The school lists the German Embassy Doha, ZfA, Pasch/Auswärtiges Amt, WDA, and NetWorld as partners.
