ASV offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IB DP) and has been authorized to offer the IB Diploma since 2004. English is the principal instructional language, with Spanish and Valencian taught across Preschool through High School, and German or French introduced from Grade 6 and offered as electives from Grade 9. The High School pathway blends an American High School Diploma with the option to earn the Spanish Bachillerato and the IB Diploma. University counseling supports students in planning post-secondary pathways.
High School includes Visual Arts as a two-year course in Years 9 and 11, allowing study of portraiture, still life and landscapes. Art instruction follows the National Core Arts Standards of Creating, Presenting, Responding and Connecting. Arts are integrated into the High School curriculum as part of the broader pathway options available to students.
ASV graduates with proficiency in English, Spanish, Valencian (Valencià), and German or French, depending on the language pathway. Spanish is introduced in Preschool and Valencian is taught in Grade 9 and 10, with a strong emphasis on world language acquisition across the curriculum. IB Diploma Program students have language options in English, Spanish, French, German, or their mother tongue. English is the default instructional language, with ongoing world language study incorporated throughout secondary years.
Model United Nations (MUN) is a renowned co-curricular program where students explore world affairs through simulated UN meetings. Global Exchanges offer cross-cultural experiences that broaden students' international perspectives. World language study and MUN together foster a globally minded student community.
Eco-School Project is part of ASV's co-curricular offerings, emphasizing environmental awareness and action. The Life after ASV program and alumni network provide ongoing connections among graduates to support community and professional networks.

American School of Valencia (ASV) serves ages 2 to 18 and is situated in Urbanización Los Monasterios, Puçol, Valencia.
