Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard billing structure: one enrolment charge (matrícula) plus ten monthly instalments. The enrolment charge is collected in April for renewing students (and at formalisation for new enrolments); monthly instalments are collected from September through June. Parents pay full monthly instalments regardless of the exact enrolment date within the month.
- The standard collection method is SEPA bank direct debit in euros, with the bank debit processed on the 1st day of each month. Families may request alternative payment arrangements in writing to the financial director if SEPA debit is absolutely impossible. It is possible to pay the full year in advance by direct debit (payment must be made before 17 August) — this does not carry an automatic discount.
- The school may issue additional invoices for extracurricular activities, excursions and other term‑based items in October, January and April; locker rental and some programme fees are invoiced separately at specified times of the year. Receipts are issued for purchases of books and uniforms; families who pay by bank giro (direct debit) can arrange to have those sales charged by giro.
Boarding
- Boarding services are not provided; boarding fees are not applicable. (The school operates as a day school.)
Other costs and optional services
- Digital fee (where applicable from 6th Primary to 4th ESO): €60 per month (typical annual cost ≈ €600 for ten months).
- Dual Diploma (American) programme (applicable from 3rd year of ESO): €160 per month (typical annual cost ≈ €1,600 for ten months).
- Lunch service (applicable to pre‑school and primary): €16 per day or €242 per month.
- Custody (morning supervision 08:00–09:00, applicable to pre‑school and primary): €90 per month.
- Transport (Ibiza – Sta. Eulalia, applicable to Secondary and Bachillerato): €125 per month.
- Device and incidental charges: an administrative handling fee for damaged iPad incidents €45; accessory replacement charges (example: charger €25, cable €25, case €60). Additional extraordinary charges (annual programme fees, excursions, locker rental, extra‑curricular activities) are invoiced at specified times during the year.
Refunds and withdrawal
- The enrolment (matrícula) paid to reserve a place for the active course is not refundable if a pupil is withdrawn after the academic year has begun. Families who withdraw a pupil during the academic year must provide three months' written notice and remain financially liable for the tuition instalments during that three‑month notice period. The same rules apply if a pupil is expelled under disciplinary procedures.
Fee payment options and administration
- Standard payment method: SEPA bank direct debit in euros, processed on the 1st of each month. The account presented for direct debit must be in the SEPA zone and denominated in euros. Families who cannot use direct debit must submit a written request to the financial director explaining the reason.
- Book and uniform purchases take place in the school shop; families who pay school fees by direct debit may elect to pay books/uniforms by bank giro to streamline in‑person collection. Official invoices/receipts are issued for shop purchases. Extra charges for programmes, excursions and locker rental are invoiced separately.
