Colégio Suizo Madrid is a confessional independent, nonprofit school for ages 2 to 18, with a small, family-like atmosphere. The curriculum centers on the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) alongside a bespoke programme designed to support holistic, individualized development. German is the language of instruction and main language, with two bilingual streams: German–Spanish and English–Spanish; English and French are taught and Cambridge/Alliance exams are offered. The school serves about 530–600 students and emphasizes creativity, critical thinking, responsibility and independence. Affiliated with SIS Swiss International Schools Group from the 2026/27 year, the school draws on a long Swiss heritage. It sits on nearly 25,000 m² of green space in Alcobendas, adjacent to La Moraleja, and shares facilities with the Swiss Club. Excellence is supported by extensive science labs, music and arts spaces, a library, and a capacity for hands-on, project-based learning, with sport occupying 11,000 m² of outdoor and indoor facilities.
