Discounts

- Descuentos por hermanos: el tercer hermano tendrá una reducción del 50% en la enseñanza y la reserva de plaza; el cuarto hermano y sucesivos tendrán reducción del 100% en los mismos conceptos.
- Descuento por pago anticipado: se aplica un descuento del 3% en la enseñanza si se realiza el pago anual completo antes de la fecha de pago anticipado que figura en la tarifa publicada para el curso (condiciones y plazos publicados en la tarifa correspondiente).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Modalidades de pago disponibles: mensual (10 mensualidades, septiembre–junio), trimestral (3 pagos: septiembre, enero y abril) o anual (un único pago). Las modalidades de pago están sujetas a los requisitos de domiciliación o transferencia establecidos por el centro.
- Pagos mensuales: cobro en 10 mensualidades entre septiembre y junio; los recibos se cargan antes del día 2 de cada mes según la tarifa publicada. Para domiciliación SEPA las condiciones administrativas se gestionan en el momento de la matrícula.
- Pagos trimestrales: 3 pagos (primero en septiembre, segundo en enero, tercero en abril).
- Pago anual: pago único antes de la fecha límite que figura en la tarifa (posible descuento por pronto pago). El pago anual suele aceptarse por transferencia bancaria o domiciliación bancaria.
- Forma de pago obligatoria para mensualidades y domiciliaciones: SEPA / domiciliación bancaria para recibos periódicos; la escuela requiere proporcionar datos bancarios en la matrícula. Transferencias bancarias se usan generalmente para pagos anuales o pagos extraordinarios. No figura aceptación general de tarjetas de crédito como método regular de pago en la documentación tarifaria y de condiciones; los pagos recurrentes se gestionan por domiciliación SEPA o transferencia según procedimiento escolar.

Boarding / Residence

- No se ofrece programa de internado/boarding como servicio regular en la documentación pública de la escuela; los servicios habituales listados son escolarización diaria, comedor y transporte. Por tanto, internado/boarding no es aplicable como concepto de tarifa recurrente.

Uniforms and one-off costs

- Uniform: el coste del uniforme se gestiona por separado a través de la tienda de uniformes del centro; la compra y coste del uniforme se consideran un gasto adicional a las tarifas de enseñanza y comedor. Otros gastos puntuales pueden incluir libros, material curricular, fotografías y equipamiento re-facturable.

Refunds and termination / notice

- Matrícula y Cuota de inscripción: la matrícula anual y la cuota de inscripción para nuevos alumnos se consideran no reembolsables según las condiciones publicadas (cuotas de inscripción y matrícula son pagos no reembolsables).
- Pago anual con descuento: si se ha optado por el pago anual y se retira al alumno antes de concluir el curso escolar, corresponde un reembolso prorrateado por los meses restantes, con la deducción de cualquier descuento por pago anticipado aplicado. Además, la falta de preaviso conforme a los plazos establecidos genera ‘fees in lieu of notice' que se deducirán del reembolso.
- Re-enrolment fee (reserva de plaza): el pago de reserva para el curso siguiente es no reembolsable salvo devolución dentro de plazos concretos indicados en las condiciones; el impago en fechas límite puede suponer la pérdida de la plaza.

Late payment and collection

- Incumplimiento de pago: cargos por devolución de domiciliaciones y posibles intereses por demora (hasta el porcentaje máximo establecido en las condiciones) y gastos de recuperación, incluida la posibilidad de suspensión del servicio por falta de pago y eventual terminación contractual con obligaciones pendientes. La escuela se reserva la posibilidad de aplicar intereses y repercutir costes de gestión y legales en caso de impago.

El Altillo International School in Spain educates students from ages 1 to 18 with a trilingual program in Spanish, English and French from early years to the Baccalaureate. In Early Years, 1 to 5, the International Early Years Curriculum guides language learning through play and discovery. Primary School, ages 5 to 12, uses the International Primary Curriculum, providing immersive languages, hands on projects and creative exploration. Secondary School, ages 12 to 16, follows IB Middle Years Programme, emphasizing thinking and leadership through robotics, debate, sport and arts, with a Gifted and Talented Programme run with Talentum. Baccalaureate, ages 16 to 18, integrates the National Baccalaureate with the IB Diploma Programme. The school is approved by the MEC, part of the International Schools Partnership network, and hosts a Fab Lab and Jr. Maker Space for hands on STEM learning.
