The school offers International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. The National Baccalaureate modalities taught in Spanish include Sciences (Health Sciences, Technology) and Humanities and Social Sciences. The American Dual Diploma is offered, allowing two simultaneous qualifications and taught entirely in English. University guidance is provided by professionals and by public and private universities.
Music is part of life at Iale. All pupils from Maternal 1 to 3rd ESO receive weekly music lessons as part of the curriculum. Willems Method is used in music education from age 1, and the Suzuki Method is also employed. The Music School offers instrument lessons, choir, and instrumental ensembles with instruments including violin, viola, cello, guitar, piano, flute and more.
Iale International School is a private English-Spanish bilingual school. The school trains bilingual students who experience daily use of English; mastery of English plus Spanish and knowledge of other languages including French, Chinese and German helps students function anywhere in the world. The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme is offered. The school prepares students for a globalised, diverse and complex world.
Clubs include karate, basketball, indoor football, skating, ballet, rhythmic gymnastics, football, tennis, paddle tennis, hockey, volleyball and dance. These clubs are optional, during school hours between 13:00 and 14:40 or from 17:00 onwards, depending on demand. Individual music classes and the Music School provide instrument lessons. Instruments offered include violin, viola, cello, guitar, piano, flute, and more.
University guidance is provided by professionals and by public and private universities. Students can participate in Olympiads in Biology, Philosophy, Chemistry, Physics, Economics, and Spanish Linguistics. There is a Law School Debating Competition. The dual diploma program provides an American High School Diploma alongside the Spanish Baccalaureate.
The campus spans 45,000 m2 of facilities with green spaces and sports facilities. The Healthy Food program offers a balanced diet with a kitchen on site, vegetarian options and a Meat Free Mondays initiative. Extended hours are available for infant and primary students (8:00–18:00 Monday–Thursday; 8:00–9:00 Friday). Special days during holidays include activities such as sports and other recreational events.
Iale International School is a private day school in Spain offering education for ages 1 to 18 in a bilingual English–Spanish environment.
