Introduction

Payment Options & Billing Schedule
- 10-instalment plan: available only via SEPA direct debit (charged on the 2nd day of each month from September to June). Monthly instalments are calculated by dividing the total annual tuition by 10 (equal payments).
- Annual or termly payments: accepted by bank transfer and must be paid in advance before the start of the year or term. Termly payments are processed as three term payments per academic year.

Discounts, Charges & Penalties
- Early payment discount: 2% discount for annual payments made in full by 1 September.
- Bank charge for declined bank transaction: EUR 30.
- Consequence of unpaid fees: suspension of contracted services until outstanding balance is settled.

Withdrawal & Refunds
- Registration fee: non-refundable.
- ELE first-year fee (EUR 400): non-refundable when charged at enrolment.
- Withdrawal notice: a 30-day notice is required to withdraw a pupil so that the following monthly payment is not charged.
- Absence policy: fees are not reduced or reimbursed for absence due to travel, illness, holidays, or any other reason.
