- Enrolment / Re‑enrolment fee (new and existing students): EUR 550 (annual; payable in March; refundable if the pupil remains enrolled at the start of the next academic year and deducted from the first invoice for new starters).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Payment frequency options: monthly (10 monthly payments, September–June; invoices/charges issued between the 1st and 5th of each month), termly (3 payments on 1 September, 1 January and 1 April) or annually (single payment).
- Monthly payments must be by direct debit (SEPA) or via bank transfer; the school notes SEPA direct debit is required for monthly arrangements and returned direct debit charges apply (EUR 30). Annual payments by bank transfer or card can be processed without extra cost.
- A discount of 5% is available if tuition is paid in advance for the full year (families must notify and meet the school's stated deadlines). The third child from the same family receives a 30% reduction on tuition and the re‑enrolment fee.
- Late payment: interest and recovery costs may be charged on overdue sums (the school may charge interest at a discretionary rate and recover collection costs). The school reserves the right to suspend services for non‑payment and to treat prolonged non‑payment as termination.
Optional / additional fees and regular extras
- Breakfast Club (Pre‑Nursery to Year 6): EUR 70 per month.
- School bus service (optional): One‑way EUR 145 per month; Return EUR 235 per month.
- Canteen/lunch is included within tuition fees; uniforms, school trips and external examination fees (IGCSE, IBDP) are not included and are charged separately. Co‑curricular activities, some educational trips and summer school carry additional charges.
- Returned direct debit/bank charge for failed direct debits: EUR 30.
Refunds, withdrawal and notice
- Enrolment / re‑enrolment fee: refundable if the pupil remains enrolled at the start of the new academic year (the amount is credited against the first tuition invoice for new starters).
- General refund policy: tuition and other fees are not refunded for absence through sickness, for a shortened term, for vacation extensions, or for temporary school closures except in genuinely exceptional circumstances or where there is a legal obligation to refund.
- Notice and fees in lieu: parents must provide notice in the timeframes required by the school; withdrawal without the required notice will trigger fees in lieu of notice (the school's terms define fees in lieu as the full fee for the current month and the next month and other contractual consequences for short notice).
Boarding
- Boarding / residence: Not applicable. St. George Madrid operates as a day school and does not provide boarding/residence services for pupils.
Fee payment options (forms of payment accepted)
- Accepted methods include SEPA direct debit for monthly payments, bank transfer and card payments for annual or other payments; cash is generally not accepted except in limited circumstances and the school may require identity checks for payments in certain cases. Returned direct debits incur a charge.

St. George Madrid is a British private international school enrolling students from 1 to 18. The curriculum combines the English National Curriculum with the IPC in the Primary Years and offers IGCSE and the IB Diploma Programme in the final years, preparing learners for top universities worldwide. The school supports early English language development for infants, and its multilingual environment encourages proficiency in Spanish, French and German, taught by native speakers alongside English instruction by native British teachers. The 2.5-hectare campus houses five science laboratories, an ICT suite and a 450-seat theatre, plus drama and music facilities, a library and a full-time nurse. A 25-metre outdoor pool, astro-turf pitch and multiple courts enable extensive sport.
