The British School of Aragon

The Colegio Británico de Aragón sits on 50,000 m2 of natural grounds south of Zaragoza, away from nearby industrial or commercial developments. It has separate buildings for Infantil, Primaria and Secundaria, and Bachillerato, totaling 10,000 m2 built. The campus includes a cafeteria with its own kitchen serving more than 350 meals, plus two car parks with capacities for 125 and 225 vehicles and a staff parking area. The spaces are designed to support an internivelar learning approach, with modern, flexible interiors and a bioclimatic atrium for common use. New facilities across all levels emphasize flexible, well‑lit spaces and dedicated zones for technology, arts, and media.

Instalaciones Deportivas include an artificial grass football pitch of 1,700 m2, three regulation mini-basketball courts, one full‑size basketball court, and a youth football training pitch on a total outdoor area of about 4,000 m2. A rugby field and an outdoor training track cover an additional 3,500 m2. The Pabellón Polideportivo houses two basketball courts (configurable for basketball or minibasket), one futsal court, a space divider, and mats for rhythmic gymnastics, plus two changing rooms. There are also recreation zones with benches and pine trees (1,500 m2) and a landscaped pine‑tree area (3,000 m2).

The Bachillerato Internacional building opened in 2012 provides IB classrooms, a library, and a 350‑seat auditorium with stage and a large videowall; teachers' rooms and meeting spaces are also available. The IB program uses part of the Makerspace in Primary and Secondary. The Primaria–Secundaria block is a bioclimatic building designed to support leadership, communication, creativity and shared knowledge, featuring a Markerspace with laboratories, a soundproof music room, an Art zone, and Robotics and Technology spaces. It offers flexible, bright, glass-fronted classrooms with versatile furniture and 55‑inch projection screens, plus video and radio editing rooms, teachers' rooms, counseling offices and other multi‑purpose spaces, as well as terraces and an exterior bioclimatic atrium for communal use. Bachillerato Internacional is taught in English.

The school provides a 350-seat auditorium with a stage and a large videowall for performances and events, complemented by drama rooms and music facilities. Video and radio editing rooms support media clubs and student productions, while the Makerspace, robotics and technology areas enable hands‑on projects. Arts spaces, flexible classrooms, and outdoor terraces and social areas support a wide range of extracurricular activities beyond core lessons.
