British School of Kampala is a co-educational primary and secondary school that follows the British National Curriculum. The school teaches the English National Curriculum in the primary years, with Pearson Edexcel IGCSE, Cambridge A Levels, and BTEC qualifications, and offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program in the senior years. The campus operates double-streamed up to Year 11 with separate primary and secondary campuses, maintaining a maximum of about 530 students and average class sizes around 24. Founded in 2012, the school combines a UK-aligned framework with a Ugandan flavour. The Muyenga campus hosts facilities including a large swimming pool, tennis court, soccer pitch, two basketball courts, four science laboratories, a music room, a large engineering room, and two ICT rooms, plus modern classrooms and libraries. An enrichment program runs after school with clubs ranging from sport and ICT to languages and creative arts, with IB DP available for senior students.
