There is a vibrant canteen on site. Foundation Stage and KG students typically bring packed lunches from home, while older students may bring food or purchase from the school caterer. The school follows a nut-free policy and offers healthy options; meals can be paid for online.
Governance is conducted through a Mothers' Council and a Board of Trustees. Ajyal International School Al Falah is part of the Ajyal International Schools group, with other campuses such as Ajyal International School MBZ.
