Boarding is not offered. The academy operates as a day school. There are no on-site boarding facilities or flexi-boarding options.
A school uniform is required for all students. Uniforms can be purchased online or in person at Magrudy, Al Wahda Mall. Color and design details are not published on the school's pages.
The school canteen provides hot and cold lunches. The menu is planned with dieticians to meet ADEK standards and to use fresh ingredients; themed days are held to promote healthy eating.
The academy is part of Aldar Education and Aldar Academies, owned and operated by Aldar Education. Aldar Education owns and operates 31 schools across the UAE, including Bateen World Academy as one of its Abu Dhabi-based academies.
