Admissions Process

1. Complete the Online Admission Application form with accurate information. The form is submitted through the online admissions process. After submission, an admissions officer will contact you to guide you through the next steps of the process. This initial submission confirms interest and initiates the review.

2. Campus Visit/Meeting: An admissions officer will contact you to guide you through the next steps of the admission process. A campus visit or meeting will be arranged to discuss the program, facilities, and fit. The visit provides an opportunity to ask questions and observe the learning environment. The process continues after the visit with the submission of the application.

3. Submit Application Form: After the campus visit, fill the form and submit. Ensure the form is complete and accurate. Submission marks the formal stage of the application and initiates document verification. The school may request additional information based on the review.

4. Fee Payment: Pay the stipulated fees through any of the supported modes of payment. Payment completes the admissions steps and secures a seat if available. Fee schedules are described on the school's Fees page.

5. Documentation: Submit the required documents. Birth Certificate; Proof of Residential Address; Passport and Emirates ID; Medical Certificate; Child's Recent Photo. Ensure documents are provided as requested to support the application.

6. Other Admission Information: Admission cancellations and withdrawals follow KHDA guidelines. Transfer certificates are issued in Arabic and English, and attestation requirements apply for next schools.

7. Age and language considerations: Children seeking admission from Pre-KG to Grade 1 must meet regulatory age criteria. A choice of Hindi or French is offered as a second language.
