English is the language of instruction throughout Emirates National Schools. Arabic, Islamic Studies, and UAE Studies are part of the UAE National Curriculum. These UAE MOE subjects are taught in Arabic. The curriculum also includes IB programs (PYP, MYP, DP) and the American Common Core Standards in English, Math, and Science.

Emirates National School Ras Al Khaimah is part of the Emirates National Schools network, established by Presidential Decree and opened in 2002. The Ras Al Khaimah campus offers the American curriculum and is an IB World School delivering the full IB continuum (PYP, MYP, DP). The school aligns UAE MOE standards for Arabic, Islamic Studies and UAE Studies with the Colorado Academic Standards for English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Visual and Performing Arts, Physical Education, Computer Science and Social Studies. AP courses are available for Grades 11–12, and IB Diploma Programme courses for Grades 11–12 prepare students for external exams; the IB Diploma or IB Course Certificates may be awarded in addition to the ENS diploma. Five ENS campuses offer the IB continuum. The school promotes Global Citizenship and Community Engagement through service initiatives and UAE cultural events; ASA runs eight-week blocks for Grades 1–12. This combination supports students pursuing diverse international opportunities.
