Accommodations for ALN include early dismissal when medically or therapeutically needed, supported by documentation and a transition plan toward full‑time attendance. The Inclusion Department coordinates with families and external professionals as required. The Student Support Team and School Counselor coordinate individualized support for ALN students.

The Language Policy requires 70 percent English instruction and 30 percent Modern Standard Arabic, and the school encourages biliteracy in English and Arabic. The Primary Years Programme provides English Language Learner (ELL) support for students with limited English proficiency. ELL performance is regularly monitored through classroom assessments and external measures. The Emirates National Schools have a Student Protection Policy addressing protection from exploitation, abuse, violence, and harm. The policy requires immediate reporting of concerns to school leadership and appropriate authorities. A Campus Student Protection Team responds to safeguarding concerns and coordinates actions with relevant bodies as needed. Safeguarding protocols extend to transport, school activities, and daily operations to ensure student safety and wellbeing.
