ICS Khalifa City Campus requires a formal school uniform. Branded uniform items are sold through the school uniform shop (opening hours 7:30 am – 3:00 pm during term time). The uniform includes white polo shirts (short or long sleeve) with grey trousers for boys and a grey pinafore dress for girls (FS2–Year 1), along with a navy blue hoodie; PE kit comprises a white PE t-shirt and navy blue PE trousers. On Fridays, boys may wear a Khandora and girls may wear an Abaya; plain black/navy school shoes and a plain dark coat are recommended.
ICS Khalifa City Campus provides school food services with healthy, nutrient‑rich meals for students and staff in line with Abu Dhabi guidelines for canteens. The policy outlines nutrition education, allergen management, and safe, hygienic food handling, and it prohibits external food delivery services during school hours.
The Governance Policy describes a governing board for ICS Khalifa City with a Chair (the Principal), a Vice Chair (an ICS representative), a Parent representative elected from the PTA, a Staff representative, and a UAE representative where possible. The board is independent from the school owners and is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing governance, and monitoring educational performance and finances.
