Boarding
- Boarding is not listed among the school's provisions and no boarding fees are charged. The school operates as a day (and nursery) provision.

Billing schedule, payment terms and penalties
- Standard billing cadence: fees are published and invoiced termly for the three terms in the academic year; parents are contractually liable for tuition in advance of each term unless an alternative instalment plan is agreed. A full term's written notice is required to withdraw a student; without such notice a full term's fees are payable in lieu. There is no refund for any portion of a term already in progress.
- Late payment and recovery: unpaid fees may trigger reminders, suspension of the student's place, collection action and additional costs. The school may charge interest on overdue sums and an administration charge for overdue invoices or returned cheques; collection costs (including agencies or legal costs) may be charged to the payer. Examples of penalty provisions and collection charges are set out in the school's terms and conditions.

Refund and withdrawal rules
- The Deposit may be reclaimed within 12 months of the student's last day at the school; if not claimed within that period the Deposit is forfeited. The Deposit will not be refunded for absence due to sickness or otherwise except where a student fails to meet entry requirements. There is no refund for the balance of the term if a student is asked to leave; parents must provide one full term's written notice to cancel an accepted place prior to enrolment or one term's fees will be payable in lieu.

Fee payment options and instalments
- Termly payment in advance (standard). Monthly repayment option available via School Fee Plan (School is an appointed representative of Premium Credit Limited). Lump‑sum payments in advance are accepted; arrangements for annual prepayment or bespoke instalments may be made with the Finance Office. Specific accepted instruments (for example, bank transfer, debit/credit card, direct debit) and any card surcharges or processing rules are administered by the Finance Office and should be arranged directly with the school's Finance team.

Sanctions and additional administrative charges
- The school reserves the right to withhold information, refuse attendance or reallocate a place if fees remain unpaid. The school may charge administrative fees for overdue accounts and for costs incurred in debt recovery, and interest on late payments as set out in the terms and conditions.

Practical notes for budgeting
- Tuition is charged per term; multiply the termly figure by three to estimate an annual tuition cost. Allow for additional mandatory items (deposit, Spark Fund Fee), programme costs (EAL, QUEST), exam fees (IB), trips, music or language tuition, transport and uniform when budgeting. Many optional activities and some trips incur separate charges.
