Fees are payable as cleared funds before the commencement of the term to which they relate. Instalment arrangements are discretionary and require a separate written agreement. Parents must give the required written notice to discontinue extras (for example lunches or extra subjects).

Other costs and typical additional fees
- Uniform: parents meet the cost of uniform; second-hand uniform sales are organised termly by the parent association and a bursary one-off grant (where applicable) can assist with initial uniform costs. A one-off bursary grant is cited as GBP 500 to help with initial costs such as school uniform for eligible full-bursary recipients.
- Extras commonly charged separately may include: extra tuition (for example individual music or instrumental lessons), some extra-curricular activities, certain residential trips, optional medical insurance, specialised equipment and optional transport. The published fee definitions note that Fees may include charges for extra tuition, clothing or equipment, photographs and charges arising from school visits.
Refunds, cancellation and notice
- Refunds: Fees are not normally refunded, reduced or waived for pupil absence through illness, for a term shortened or a vacation extended, for early release around public examinations or for temporary closure for safety reasons, except in exceptional hardship at the Head's discretion.
- Cancellation right: If an offer and acceptance are concluded at a distance, Parents have a 14-day cancellation right in which the Acceptance Deposit and Fees paid will be refunded pro rata if applicable. Otherwise, after the cancellation period, Parents must give at least one term's written notice to withdraw a pupil or pay one term's fees in lieu of notice. The Acceptance Deposit is usually retained where one term's written notice is given.
Fee payment options and contact for payments
- The school's primary collection method is direct debit on the first day of each term. Fees must be paid as cleared funds; instalment plans are available only by separate agreement. The school reserves the right to refuse payments where it cannot verify the payer or source of funds and may require evidence of identity or third-party payer arrangements.
