Marymount offers day and boarding for girls aged 11–18. Boarding is provided on the Kingston upon Thames campus and is described as one of the few boarding options in London. The campus is about 20 minutes from Central London, near Richmond Park, Wimbledon and Heathrow Airport, with easy rail and bus access. Boarding is guided by values including mutual respect, emotional safety, open communication and inclusivity.
Stevensons supplies the school uniform. For Grades 6–8 the uniform includes a blazer (required for formal occasions and assembly), a white blouse, white or navy socks or tights, a tartan knee-length skirt or navy trousers, and a Marymount navy V-neck jumper or navy cardigan. Grades 9–12 follow the same blazer and shirt requirements with a navy skirt or trousers and a jumper; Grades 11–12 use an IB Diploma jumper with trim. A separate sports uniform is also listed in the uniform guidelines.
In-house catering provides a wide variety of healthy food options. Lunch is served in the Dining Hall with vegetarian options, hot soup, salads and fruit; a nut-free policy is observed. Boarding students receive breakfast, dinner and a late snack; weekend take-out is available during specified times.
Pupils in the boarding program participate in a house-based community with house dinners and shared traditions. Leadership opportunities include house council roles, big sister programs and peer mentoring, helping students build confidence and community.
The school is governed by a Board of Governors led by Headmistress Mrs Margaret Giblin. The Chair is Ms Cristina Serrano and the Board includes other governors, including Sr Mary Jo Martin RSHM. Marymount London is part of the Religious of the Sacred Heart of Mary (RSHM) network and reflects its Catholic heritage.
Marymount International School London is an independent Catholic day and boarding school for girls aged 11–18, on a seven-acre campus in Kingston upon Thames, about 12 miles from central London. It is an IB World School offering the IB Middle Years Programme (ages 11–16) and the IB Diploma Programme (ages 16–19). The Diploma Programme uses six subject groups, three HL and three SL, plus TOK, the Extended Essay and CAS; the EE can be written in seven languages. The MYP provides eight subject groups, a Personal Project and a focus on concept-based learning, contexts and Service as Action. The curriculum develops language skills with mother-tongue support. Facilities include Performing Arts spaces; Art and Design Studios with a kiln, 3D printers, a laser cutter and MacBooks with Adobe Creative Suite. The campus features boarding houses with meals provided and learning-support. Marymount is connected to the RSHM network and an international community.
