Morning pick-up is typically between 7:00 and 7:30 am; the standard afternoon departure is 4:10 pm, with a late service at 6:10 pm for after-school activities (additional charge). Booking is via the School Transport Registration Form; live tracking is used to share updates with families; transport is charged annually at the end of the first term based on distance. Payment schedule and payment terms
- Standard payment options for the year: either full payment of fees by Sunday 1 June 2025, or a two‑stage schedule: 60% of the total due by Sunday 1 June 2025 and the remaining 40% due by Monday 1 December 2025.
- Monthly instalment option: a School Fee Plan by direct debit is available (subject to credit status, affordability and terms and conditions).
- Late payment charge: a surcharge of 1% per calendar month (or part month) will be levied on outstanding fees (APR quoted at 19.56%).
- For non‑UK students requiring CAS for a visa, the School requires 100% of fees to be received before a CAS application will be submitted; for students accepted after 1 June 2025, payment is due on presentation of the invoice and students will not be admitted until payments have been received.

Fee payment methods
- Payments may be made by bank draft, cheque payable to Marymount International School, or bank transfer. Cash payments are not permitted.
- Monthly payment by direct debit is available via the School Fee Plan (introducer appointed representative arrangements apply; credit subject to status).

Other costs and recurring charges
- Parents' Association (PA) contribution: GBP 75 per student per year.
- Graduation Fee (Seniors): GBP 750 (covers Graduation events; IB examination costs and the optional Graduation Ball are not included).
- Additional billed items: IB Diploma and other public examination fees, educational and enrichment field trips, some books, taxis, educational tours and similar disbursements are invoiced separately (invoicing scheduled during the academic year) and are due on presentation of the invoice.
- Private tuition and music lessons: may be arranged and are payable directly to the tutor under separate arrangements.
- School transport: routes and charges vary by distance and demand; transport fees are charged separately.

Refunds, withdrawal and notice
- The refundable deposit is refundable under the conditions set out in the School's terms and conditions.
- There is no refund of tuition or other fees, either in whole or in part, in the event of any absence, withdrawal or dismissal.
- To withdraw a student from the School without penalty, written notice must be received prior to the first day of the final term of attendance; failure to provide timely notice will incur the contractual penalties described in the Parent Contract.

Marymount International School London is an independent Catholic day and boarding school for girls aged 11–18, on a seven-acre campus in Kingston upon Thames, about 12 miles from central London. It is an IB World School offering the IB Middle Years Programme (ages 11–16) and the IB Diploma Programme (ages 16–19). The Diploma Programme uses six subject groups, three HL and three SL, plus TOK, the Extended Essay and CAS; the EE can be written in seven languages.
