Marymount has a well-equipped Art program with a kiln and potter's wheels, Adobe Creative Suite, MacBooks, a printing press, a laser cutter, 3D printers, and electronics. Students investigate cultural masks, 'home', conceptual video works, and the creation of a full-size horse. The Art and Design departments work with Science and Mathematics, integrating STEAM across projects.

Sport is offered across the year, with Autumn terms including volleyball, soccer, cross country, and social tennis; Winter terms including basketball and social tennis; and Summer terms including tennis, strength and conditioning, and varsity badminton. As London Schools Sports Association (LSSA) members, teams compete in weekly fixtures, and varsity teams travel internationally for tournaments in Madrid, Lisbon and Barcelona. Each spring Middle School students participate in the RSHM Sports Festival, and specialist athletes receive timetable adjustments to support their sport.
Creativity, Activity, and Service (CAS) is an essential part of the IB Diploma Programme, enabling Grades 11 and 12 students to develop leadership, artistic, physical, and community skills through meaningful experiences and a portfolio. The CAS programme aligns with the RSHM Mission of educating the whole person and emphasises leadership, service, and personal growth. Service as Action is also integrated into the Middle Years Programme.
Leadership development is embedded in Marymount's CAS experiences, including leadership workshops and opportunities to take on new sports or volunteer roles. Students are encouraged to reflect on leadership and community impact as part of their CAS portfolio. Marymount International School London is an independent Catholic day and boarding school for girls aged 11–18, on a seven-acre campus in Kingston upon Thames, about 12 miles from central London. It is an IB World School offering the IB Middle Years Programme (ages 11–16) and the IB Diploma Programme (ages 16–19). The Diploma Programme uses six subject groups, three HL and three SL, plus TOK, the Extended Essay and CAS; the EE can be written in seven languages.
