Billing schedule, invoicing and payment terms

- Parents are invoiced within the first two weeks of each term; invoices include term charges and any extras. Fees for the year are split across three terms: Term 1 = 40% of the annual school fees (plus the GBP 1,000 advance where applicable), Term 2 = 30% of annual fees, Term 3 = 30% of annual fees. Payment deadlines: balance for Term 1 by end of September; Term 2 by end of January; Term 3 by end of April.

- Fees are due for the whole term even if a pupil attends only part of the term. The School may apply a late‑payment penalty of GBP 15 for each completed week of delay and may recover reasonable costs incurred in fee recovery. After‑school care, Wednesday Club and other extras

Uniform and compulsory costs

- Uniform is compulsory. Required items include long‑ and short‑sleeve polo shirts, a fleece jacket, navy cardigan/jumpers, dark shoes, navy/grey/black trousers or skirts, and PE kit (navy tracksuit bottoms, white T‑shirt, trainers). Families may order uniform from the named provider (SchoolUniformDirect). All clothing and belongings should be clearly marked with the child's name.

Refunds, deposits and notice on withdrawal

- The registration fee (GBP 1,200 or GBP 600 for Year 6) and the GBP 1,000 advance on first term fees are explicitly non‑refundable in all circumstances.

- School fees will not be refunded for periods of absence due to sickness or any other reason. Wednesday Club and after‑school care enrolments are non‑refundable. If parents withdraw a pupil, the School requires at least one full term's written notice; failing that, one term's fees in lieu of notice will be payable immediately. Located in Kentish Town, La Petite Ecole Bilingue Kentish Town is a bilingual private primary school for ages 3 to 10.
