Application and assessment fees
- Application & Assessment (one-time): VND 5,200,000. This total comprises: Application fee VND 2,600,000; CAT4 assessment VND 1,300,000; Entry test VND 1,300,000.

Tuition deposit and enrolment fee
- Tuition deposit (one-time, payable on acceptance): VND 24,000,000. The deposit is refundable only after the student has attended classes and then graduates or withdraws in accordance with the school's notice requirements; it is forfeited if a place is accepted but the student never attends.
- Enrolment fee (one-time, non-refundable): VND 35,000,000. Payment is required within 14 days to confirm an offered place.

Founding-Student scholarship (reduced tuition) — where applicable
- A Founding Students 3rd Class Scholarship (30% of annual tuition) is applied for eligible students; reduced annual and quarterly tuition figures under this scholarship are published and apply from Year 2 to Year 13 where the scholarship is awarded. Example reduced annual figures include: Years 2–6 VND 490,875,000; Years 7–9 VND 542,943,450; Years 10–11 VND 609,880,950; Years 12–13 VND 654,505,950 (and corresponding quarterly instalments are shown in the school's fee schedule).

IBDP and A-level package fees (package programme fees)
- IBDP package: 4 years VND 1,530,000,000; 3 years VND 1,147,500,000; 2 years VND 765,000,000.
- A-level package: 4 years VND 1,224,000,000; 3 years VND 918,000,000; 2 years VND 612,000,000.

Compulsory additional fees and assessment charges
- Compulsory items include: residential field trip fees, bi-annual CAT4 tests and GL assessments, Year 13 leavers' ceremony, and externally moderated examination fees (IGCSE, A-level, IB DP). Examination entry fees must be paid in full by parents when applicable.
- CAT4 test fee for new entry and Years 7, 10 & 12: VND 720,000 per test (non-refundable).

Optional fees and typical extras
- EAL support (additional English classes): VND 60,000,000 per school year (or one-quarter paid quarterly).
- Orchestra programme: VND 200,000 per session (selection basis).
- After-school IGCSE courses (selected students): VND 36,000,000 per school year (annual, non-refundable; discount for current students where published).
- Document copies beyond the first original: VND 24,000 per page. Other miscellaneous costs that may occur during the year include uniforms, textbooks, optional sports training, exam fees, excursions, lunch, stationery, and similar items.

Discounts
- Re-enrolling students receive a 5% discount on the total annual tuition.
- Family discount: 10% discount on tuition for the second child and any subsequent children concurrently attending (applied to the younger children's tuition only).
- NGO/diplomatic staff: 10% discount on tuition for eligible employees.
- Corporate discounts: for company-paid fees, multi-child discounts of 5%–10% apply depending on number of children.
- Long-term discount: children attending three consecutive years are eligible for a 5% discount in the fourth and subsequent years. (All discounts combined will not exceed 50% of tuition.)

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Payment options: Option 1 — Annual lump-sum payment of tuition prior to attendance; Option 2 — Quarterly instalments (four payments) prior to each quarter. A 5% finance charge is applied to the tuition if the quarterly instalment option is chosen.
- Payment due dates and methods are shown on the debit note; parents must confirm their payment option before the academic year and a change after the debit note is issued incurs a VND 240,000 administrative change fee.
- Late-payment penalties and consequences: 0.5% interest per working day for payments 3+ days beyond the debit note due date (capped at 10%); services may be suspended if payment is 20+ days overdue and the security deposit may be used to clear unpaid debit notes; forced withdrawal procedures commence at 60+ days overdue. All bank charges are the responsibility of parents.
- All payments must be made via bank transfer. Parents licensed to pay in USD should contact Admissions for guidance in compliance with local foreign-exchange regulations.

Refund information and withdrawal rules
- Refunds of tuition apply only to Option 1 (annual, full-payment) per the school's refund schedule and subject to the school's notice requirements. Parents must provide 30 days' written notice prior to the student's last day in order to claim the security deposit refund; failure to provide 30 days' notice will forfeit the security deposit.
- Refund schedule for refundable tuition (annual, full-payment basis): withdrawal on or before the end of 1st quarter — 65% of annual refundable tuition; on or before end of 2nd quarter — 40% of annual refundable tuition; on or before end of 3rd quarter — 15% of annual refundable tuition; withdrawal after end of 3rd quarter — no refund. Annual refundable tuition is calculated differently for first-year withdrawals (Total tuition less VND 84,000,000 non-refundable) and for withdrawals from the second year (Total tuition less VND 48,000,000 non-refundable). Refund of the security deposit can be claimed within 30 days from the date of withdrawal.

Boarding fees
- Boarding: Not applicable. The school's published fee schedules and student services do not include boarding provision or boarding fees.

Reigate Grammar School Vietnam (RGSV) is a not-for-profit international school in Hanoi that blends a traditional British independent school education with Vietnamese values. It serves pupils aged 3 to 18 and operates from a purpose-built four-storey campus on a 20,000-square-metre site with a total floor area of 39,800 square metres, located in the Dai Kim urban area. The campus includes two indoor swimming pools, a gym and stage, fully equipped science laboratories, a library and media centre, ICT facilities with 3D printing, a football pitch, outdoor play areas, and dedicated language, arts and music rooms. RGSV delivers Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge International AS Levels, and Cambridge A Levels alongside the IB Primary Years Programme and Diploma Programme. A dual programme with Vietnamese curricula operates for selected cohorts. The school uses ManageBac for planning and reporting and provides English-language instruction with EAL support.
