Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition, Other mandatory items and the mandatory Scholarship Fund are billed in 10 consecutive monthly installments, due on the 5th of each month from February through November inclusive.
- Re‑enrolment (returning students) is invoiced in two installments due 5 December and 5 January. New‑student registration is payable in full in a single installment when admission is concluded.
- The educational contract is annual; tuition must be paid in full for the academic year even if the student ceases attendance or joins mid‑year.
- Discounts per sibling are applied to Tuition only: 2nd child 15%; 3rd child 30%; 4th child 60%; 5th child 100%. Discounts do not apply to registration/re‑enrolment amounts.
- Late payment: a surcharge equal to one and a half times the Banco de la Nación Argentina discount rate will be charged for late payments. If a tuition debt remains unpaid for two months, previously granted discounts will be forfeited and the school may condition attendance or services.
Boarding
- Belgrano Day School is a day school; boarding is not offered.
Other mandatory or optional costs
- "Other Concepts" (obligatory) included in the monthly invoice cover specified items such as delivery of certain workbooks and texts, pedagogical outings, provision of teaching materials, plastic arts supplies, practical activities, third halves of inter‑school matches, and similar items; amounts for "Other Concepts" are shown per class in the monthly breakdown above.
- International exam fees (optional) and any payments the school makes on behalf of parents for optional exams will be charged when applicable with prior written authorization.
- Cafeteria (meal) service is optional, billed according to the days the service is requested.
- Uniform: the school publishes a uniform specification and price list separately; families are required to supply the uniform as specified.
Refunds and cancellation
- If registration/re‑enrolment is withdrawn in writing before 15 December 2025, the total sum paid for that concept will be refunded in full (historic values). After 15 December 2025 no refund of the registration/re‑enrolment amount will be made. If the school decides the withdrawal, the amount paid will be fully reimbursed.
- Absences for illness, strikes, riots or similar causes do not entitle families to refunds of billed amounts. The Scholarship Fund covers tuition and re‑enrolment in the event of death or total and permanent incapacity of the person responsible for payment, subject to the Fund's conditions.
Fee payment options
- The school issues invoices and specifies payment arrangements on those invoices. The General Conditions set payment due dates, surcharge for late payment, and billing structure but do not list a public, fixed menu of payment channels (bank account/CBU, debit authorization or card) in the General Conditions document; the invoice or the school's Finance/Administration office provides the specific payment instructions accepted for each billed amount.
