One-time / admission fees
- Application & Registration Fee (payable at time of application): INR 30,000.
- Admission Fee (payable within 15 days of advising confirmation of admission or as stated on the invoice): INR 2,20,000.
Tuition (Composite) fees — amounts shown per quarter and per year by year group
The Composite Fee is billed four times a year (quarterly instalments). Amounts shown are the quarterly instalment; annual total = quarterly instalment x 4.
- Pre‑Nursery to Kindergarten: Quarter fee INR 1,79,000 — Annual total INR 7,16,000.
- Grade 1 to Grade 8: Quarter fee INR 2,29,000 — Annual total INR 9,16,000.
- Grade 9 to Grade 10: Quarter fee INR 3,11,000 — Annual total INR 12,44,000.
- Grade 11 to Grade 12: Quarter fee INR 3,82,000 — Annual total INR 15,28,000.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Composite Fee payment dates (four instalments each academic year): 15 May, 15 August, 15 November, 15 February.
- Optional fees (where applicable) are payable twice a year on 15 May and 15 November.
- Admission Fee is payable within 15 days of confirmation of admission (or as stated on the invoice).
- Payments not received by the ‘Pay By Date' attract a late fee penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding amount. Payments not received within 45 days of the ‘Pay By Date' may lead to cancellation of enrolment.
- Annual Payment Rebate: 3% rebate on the Composite Fee if all fee components for the entire year are paid upfront by 15 May. Sibling Rebate: 10% rebate on the Composite Fee for the younger sibling(s) while an elder sibling remains enrolled. Alumni Child Rebate: 50% rebate on the Admission Fee.
Optional fees and additional programme fees (payable when applicable)
- Transport Fee (distance-based; payable twice a year):
- Up to 10 km: INR 56,000.
- 10–20 km: INR 66,000.
- Above 20 km: INR 77,000.
- Learning Support (optional, payable as stated): INR 1,80,000 (listed under optional fees).
- English Support (optional): INR 1,50,000.
- IB Career-related Programme fee (where applicable) is charged in addition and is non-refundable and non-transferable (paid directly to the programme provider).
Refundable security deposit and contingency deposit
- Refundable Security Deposit: equal to two instalments of the applicable Composite Fee, payable at the time of admission. Example amounts by grade (two quarterly instalments):
- Pre‑Nursery to Kindergarten: INR 3,58,000 (2 x INR 1,79,000).
- Grade 1–8: INR 4,58,000 (2 x INR 2,29,000).
- Grade 9–10: INR 6,22,000 (2 x INR 3,11,000).
- Grade 11–12: INR 7,64,000 (2 x INR 3,82,000).
- Contingency Deposit (refundable): INR 15,000 to meet incidental expenses; new students must deposit an additional INR 10,000 to cover initial expenses at joining. The school requires an annual incremental top‑up as needed to bring the Refundable Security Deposit to parity with two instalments of the then applicable Composite Fee.
Other costs and exclusions (not included in the Composite Fee)
- The Composite Fee excludes charges for uniforms, textbooks, annual camps, off‑campus activities and sports, external examinations, college applications, specialised projects, additional subject support, insurance, visas, and other incidental charges. These items are charged separately as applicable.
Refund, withdrawal and notice terms
- Withdrawals can only occur at the end of a semester. End of Semester 1 withdrawals must be intimated by 30 November; end of academic year withdrawals must be intimated by 30 April. Withdrawals notified after these dates will attract a Notice Period Fee equivalent to two instalments of the Composite Fee applicable for the student for the following semester.
- The IB Career-related Programme fee is explicitly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Refundability of security and contingency deposits is stated; specific operational timelines for refund processing are governed by the school's policies and handbook.
Payment methods and currency
- Payment methods available: online payment (via the school's fee payment facility) and wire transfer. Parents residing outside India must pay fees in equivalent US Dollars.
Key penalties and incentives affecting fees
- Late payment penalty: 2% per month on outstanding amounts. Cancellation of enrolment may follow if fees remain unpaid beyond 45 days.
- Upfront annual payment rebate: 3% (if full year paid by 15 May). Sibling and alumni rebates as stated above.
