Mandatory additional charges and typical extras
- Capital levy / development charge and similar annual compulsory levies are applied in addition to tuition (example: Nursery 2 capital levy recorded as IDR 22,300,000).
- Examination fees (IGCSE / A-Level / IB) are charged separately and are not included in the tuition totals.
- Uniforms, school materials, optional residential/overseas trip costs, specific extra-curricular activity charges, and some specialist learning-support or technology-hire fees are additional to tuition.
- School bus/transport is provided by an external operator and billed separately; bus costs are not included within the school tuition invoice.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Invoicing is termly; the school issues fee invoices per term. Equivalent per-term figures are shown above. A discount (typically applied for payment of the full annual fees in one instalment) is offered under the school's payment arrangements.
- Payment deadlines are set in the school's fee schedule; payment is normally required before the start of each term (past schedules indicate payment due around 30 days before term start). Late-payment penalties are applied where fees are overdue (past documentation and communications show a monthly late-charge percentage).
Boarding fees
- The school does not list boarding or residential fees; no boarding provision is charged as part of BSJ's published fee schedule.
Refund information
- The enrolment deposit is refundable subject to the school's published withdrawal and notice conditions; the fee schedule documents explain the conditions for return of refundable deposits on withdrawal.
Fee payment options and transaction charges
- Payment can be made by bank transfer and by credit card (credit card payments are subject to a bank administration/processing fee). Payments are processed in Indonesian Rupiah for school invoicing. Specific transaction charges (for example, a credit-card processing surcharge has been shown historically at c.2.35%) may apply.
Notes on charges not included in tuition invoices
- Tuition figures above exclude mandatory capital/development levies, examination entry fees, certain specialist services, optional trips, some co-curricular charges and uniform costs; these items are invoiced separately where relevant. Bus and catering services are billed separately by the providers where they operate.
