Middle School introduces career awareness; High School provides ongoing counseling through individual meetings, parent–student info sessions, and access to local and international university fairs. Gifted and Talented

The school has the Applied Science Academy (ASA) for Grades 10–12, an enrichment program created under SPH Lippo Village's Center of Excellence. ASA offers authentic research environments in science for students who are passionate about advanced study. Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

Indonesian students of any religion and financial background may apply. Campus-specific grade levels and scholarship amounts are: Lippo Village 7–11 (25%–100%), Sentul City 6–11 (50%–100%), Lippo Cikarang 7–9 (25%–100%), Kemang Village 7–11 (50%–100%), Pluit Village 7–10 (50%–100%).
