Lanciano is a central Italian town in the Abruzzo region. Canadian College Italy is located at Via Camillo Benso Conte di Cavour 13 in Lanciano, within the historic centre. Lanciano is well connected by train and bus; it is about a 20-minute drive to Pescara and less than three hours by bus to Rome, with residences located in the historic centre within a short walk to the main school building.

Meals are prepared daily by kitchen staff using locally sourced, organic, preservative-free produce from Lanciano and the surrounding region; Lanciano produce reaches the table in about 24 hours. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served during the week, with dinners at Allegria dining hall on most weeknights and meals in the Student Lounge on Fridays and Saturdays, where the student council designs an a la carte menu. Quartieri Dinners involve student houses planning themed menus; vegetarian and gluten-free options are available. Sunday lunch is brunch at 11:00 a.m. and international cuisines such as Thai, Japanese or Indian are not available in Lanciano; there are two local Chinese restaurants.
