Colegio Franklin Delano Roosevelt, The American School of Lima, is an independent international school for ages 3 to 18 that combines a U.S.-based college-preparatory program with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program. Instruction is in English, with the Official Peruvian Program (OPP) offered in Spanish and accredited by the Peruvian Ministry of Education. In high school, students may pursue the IB Diploma or select individual IB subjects, and the junior and senior years include Innovation Academy, a transdisciplinary path in Media, English and Humanities, followed by Economics and Marketing and a year of Business Entrepreneurship and Philosophy. Graduates earn the U.S. Diploma and may also receive the Official Peruvian Certificate of Studies and the IB Diploma. Nordic International School is a Lima-based international day school for students aged 4 to 17 that delivers a Finnish-inspired education in a global context. Villa Caritas School is a private Catholic girls' school in Peru that welcomes students from age 1 to 18 and partners with its sister school San Pedro. It offers a bespoke curriculum alongside the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) and Cambridge IGCSE, with English as the language of instruction from Early Years and about 80% of classes taught in English. From grade 3, students study a third language, with German or French; the school provides DELF for French and Sprachdiplom for German. Cambridge ESOL assessments (YLE, PET, FCE) are part of the progression, culminating in IGCSE English B HL. Markham College is a long-established bilingual Peruvian international school in Lima with a British heritage. It serves ages 3 to 18 across two campuses, Monterrico and San Antonio, including a newly opened Primary campus in Monterrico shared with Early Years. The curriculum combines IB PYP, Cambridge IGCSE and the IB Diploma Programme. In Lower School English and Spanish are taught across subjects in a dual-language programme; Primary follows a UK English Curriculum with Talk for Writing, and Middle School aligns with the UK national framework; Secondary offers 21 IGCSE subjects and 41 IB subjects (19 at Higher Level). Colegio León Pinelo is a private basic-education school of the Jewish Association of Peru in San Isidro, Lima. Founded in 1946, it serves around 300 students from pre-nursery to upper secondary and offers the International Baccalaureate continuum (PYP, MYP, DP) for ages 2–18. The program blends IB with Judaic studies and Hebrew, with English as a second official language and Hebrew as a heritage language. The Primary Years Programme uses Units of Inquiry in a bilingual setting, with most content taught in English in Primary. The Middle Years Programme comprises eight subject groups and culminates in the Personal Project; the Diploma Programme includes a monograph, Theory of Knowledge and CAS, with IB assessments.
