BISC Wroclaw welcomes students from around the world, including many new to English. The English Support Programme follows age-appropriate progress indicators and is aligned with the Cambridge International Second Language Curriculum to ensure access to all areas of school life. In Primary, English Support lessons run alongside regular English, with additional support in place of another foreign language; pupils typically transition out within three months to two years, depending on their entry level. In Secondary, English Support is offered in Years 7 and 8, with Years 9-11 following the Cambridge IGCSE Second Language curriculum, and lessons are conducted in small groups contributing to strong IGCSE ESL results. From Years 12-13, targeted support helps students prepare for IELTS and TOEFL as university entrance requirements.

Mindfulness and emotional support are central to wellbeing at BISC Wroclaw. Mindfulness practices and social-emotional learning help students manage stress, increase focus, and regulate emotions. A team of trained wellbeing experts provides ongoing emotional support and personalised guidance to help students navigate challenges. 1) Nursery and Kindergarten enrollment
Step 1 — Reserve a Place: Complete the online form and reserve a spot for your child. Then, pay the administrative fee. This begins the admissions process for nursery and kindergarten.
Step 2 — Introductory Meeting: After registration, the office contacts you to schedule a convenient meeting. It is a chance to get to know your child, assess independence and developmental stage, and plan the best adaptation and support strategy for the child. This meeting informs the next steps in enrollment.
Step 3 — Sign the Educational Agreement: Schedule a date to sign the agreement. Before the meeting, complete the following in the system: personal questionnaire, parent/guardian information, additional authorizations. This finalizes enrollment for nursery and kindergarten.

2) Preschool class and primary school enrollment
Step 1 — Reserve a Place: Submit the application form and pay the administrative fee and introductory meeting fee. This starts enrollment for preschool class and primary school.
Step 2 — Introductory Meeting: After registration, the school office will contact you to schedule a meeting. During the conversation, we assess your child's readiness for learning, social skills, and ability to function in a new educational setting.
Step 3 — Sign the Educational Agreement: After the meeting, schedule a date to sign the agreement. Complete the required documents in the system beforehand: personal questionnaire, parent/guardian information, additional authorizations.

3) High school enrollment
Step 1 — Reserve a Place and Register for the Entrance Exam: Register your child for the entrance exam—held regularly from February. This lets you choose a high school while still in 8th grade without waiting for final exams. Then, pay the exam fee.
Step 2 — Entrance Exam: Choose a date for the exam, which covers Mathematics, Polish, and English. For international programs, details are arranged individually with the coordinator. The exam helps determine the best academic profile and subject level.
Step 3 — Meeting with the Coordinator & Agreement Signing: After receiving the results, the office schedules a meeting with the coordinator. You'll discuss your child's interests, strengths, learning needs, and academic goals. Finally, sign the educational agreement and pay the administrative fee.
