After scheduling, a member of the admissions team will reach out to provide next steps. 2. Information and tour of the school. You receive information about the school and a tour of the campus. This helps you learn about ASFC's programs and the student experience. 3. Admission exam. The admission exam is administered as part of the process. 4. Exam results. The results of the exam are provided in 1–2 days. 5. Personal information form. You complete a personal information form with details about the student and guardian. 6. Documentation. Personal documents are received by the school. 7. Enrollment payment. The enrollment payment is made to finalize admission. 8. Delivery of supplementary documents. Additional documents are submitted to complete the file. 9. Contract. The contract is signed to finalize the enrollment agreement.

Arkansas State University, Campus Querétaro. The school has an agreement with Arkansas State University, Campus Querétaro, the only U.S. university campus in Mexico. This provides a pathway for graduates to pursue education in English without leaving Mexico. Benefits include a double degree valid in the United States and SEP validation, the chance to study on the U.S. campus for one year at Mexican prices, and courses taught exclusively in English by international professors. Graduates have access to scholarships up to 50% under the agreement. BHMS – Business & Hotel Management School. Located in the heart of Lucerne, BHMS is a Swiss private educational group with strong international links that facilitate internships. Students can benefit from the agreement with a differentiated price for the professional degree and for summer camps. VATEL – Hotel & Tourism Business School. VATEL offers scholarships ranging from 60% to 30%, provides a Mexico/France dual degree, campus exchanges, and paid internships abroad. DBU – Dallas Baptist University. ASFC participates in the Global Community Partnership with DBU, offering scholarship opportunities for graduates, with a program that allows ASFC students to take DBU classes while still in high school and earn college credits usable at many U.S. universities. AFS México. AFS México is an international organization that provides learning opportunities through high school students from around the world who come to ASFC for school cycles. Utah State University and Northeastern State University. Through collaboration with Utah State University and, in 2023, Northeastern State University, ASFC welcomes their student teachers annually; our teachers mentor, and visiting students participate in daily life at ASFC, enriching the experience for all. University Fair. Our annual University Fair is a key event to learn about the educational options offered by partner universities; some partner universities award scholarships to ASFC graduates or provide other benefits in the admissions process.
