Facilities Overview

The school has two campuses, Moshi and Arusha, offering residential and day schooling for students aged 3 to 19. A Wi‑Fi connection is available across the campuses. The Arusha campus houses Jacaranda, Baobab and Acacia residential houses for IB Diploma students, accommodating up to 120 residents; each house has 10 rooms, with four students per room, en‑suite showers and toilets, a study area, and an outdoor living area with a kitchen and laundry. The Moshi campus has nine residential houses, each with a common room and outdoor entertainment area; the rooms have hot and cold water showers, and students are issued a key to their room, with bed sheets and basic provisions provided. The Moshi campus also features a pool, playground, tennis courts and pitches for recreation, while Arusha opened its residential facilities in August 2019 for IB Diploma students.

Sports Facilities

The school participates in Northern Tanzania Athletics Association; teams are known as the Arusha Rhinos and the Moshi Leopards, and for national events the school often competes as one team. The Moshi campus has a pool, playground, tennis courts and pitches for sports and recreation.

Academic Facilities

The school offers IB Primary Years Programme, IB Middle Years Programme and IB Diploma Programme on both Moshi and Arusha campuses. Science labs are used for practical work across the sciences, and every student completes practical/investigative work comprising about 20% of teaching time. The Diploma Programme includes Group 4 Sciences, and students undertake an individual investigation (IA) as part of the core requirements.

Extra-Curricular Activities

The Co-curricular programme includes Sports, Service, Creativity and Outdoor Pursuits. The school is a member of the Northern Tanzania Athletics Association and fields campus teams (Arusha Rhinos and Moshi Leopards), with national events sometimes contested as a single team. Outdoor Pursuits offer five trips per year (Plains, Peaks, Rides, Reefs and Mindfulness), totaling around 25–30 trips annually, with roughly 30 students per trip. The Duke of Edinburgh International Award is also part of the programme, alongside ongoing service activities and creative projects.
