Billing schedule and payment terms
- Academic-year tuition is collected as 10 monthly payments corresponding to the school year (payments cover September through June); no tuition is charged for July and August. Reinscriptions are charged in June.
- The school maintains a cash office (caja) with set hours for in-person payments.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable for Colegio Suizo de México — Campus Querétaro (no boarding/hostel fees are listed).
Other costs and fees
- Uniform: The campus does not use a school uniform. The one-time admission fee for new students covers first-year books and supplies and language certification exams, as well as included excursions and intercampus events.
- Additional optional or occasional charges (for items or services beyond those explicitly listed as included in the admission fee) are not itemized in the general fees summary; parents should expect possible extra, activity-specific charges when applicable.
Refund information
- The school's published admissions and fees documents for Campus Querétaro do not provide a detailed public refund policy within the same admissions/fees summaries. No specific, itemized refund schedule for admission, reinscription or monthly tuition (for mid-cycle withdrawals) is published in the campus fee notices and admission policy documents available for the 2025/26–2026/27 materials. Parents should note that explicit refund conditions are not stated in those documents.
Fee payment options
- Electronic bank transfers and STP electronic banking with a wide set of Mexican banking partners are available for payments; the campus lists several supported institutions (examples include Banamex, Bancomer/BBVA, Banorte, Santander, HSBC, Inbursa, Banregio, Scotiabank, Banco Azteca, IXE, CI Banco and Multiva).
- In-person payment at the school's caja (cash office) during posted hours is an option.
Notes on effective year and updates
- The figures above are the campus fee figures published for the immediate 2026/27 information packet (and the 2025/26 fee schedule shown within those campus materials). The campus documents indicate that tariffs were scheduled for updating in March 2026. Parents should treat the numeric amounts above as the published campus fees for the 2025/26–2026/27 period.
