PSE sessions are held twice a week in Early Years, with one session led by the class teacher and the other by a dedicated student support specialist. 1. Initiate the application by submitting the Online Enquiry Form. After submission, families receive an electronic copy of the Internal Regulations, and the Admissions Office will contact them to discuss the next steps in the process. The College seeks to offer places to families aligned with its educational philosophy, with limited spaces per class.

2. Be aware of admissions priorities and the BEAP requirement. Siblings of current students are given priority, followed by families with connections to the College, and then new families. All new families must be introduced by four BEAP members, one of whom can be a family member (employer letters may be accepted for recently arrived foreign families). These priorities follow legal provisions and influence admission decisions.

3. Who is evaluated. For Early Years (FS1, FS2, Kinder, P1), no age-appropriate assessments are conducted; placement is based on age. All other applicants are required to complete age-appropriate assessments, and the College may request an external evaluation if needed, especially to support language development for the English Immersion and Bilingual Programmes.

4. Notification of application results. All applicant families receive an email with the final decision, and places are offered only to those who have satisfactorily met all entry requirements. Discussions about the final admission decision are not part of the admissions process. Parents of applicants offered a place should visit the College to sign the offer letter and complete the Admissions process.

5. Enrollment and documentation for new students. Enrolment requires submission of the requested documents, and additional documents may be required depending on circumstances. For Local Transfers, documents include the Ficha Única de Matrícula (FUM), a clearance certificate from the previous institution, and a current SIAGIE enrolment certificate if the transfer is mid-year. For Local Transfers and International Transfers, separate documentation applies to ensure proper enrolment.

6. Admissions process for Primary (P2 to 6B) and Secondary. The process includes a guided tour of facilities, delivery of detailed information outlining the steps to start the application, and a complete review of the applicant's form. Next steps include personal interviews with parents in English and Spanish, written assessments in English, Spanish, and Mathematics, and the CAT4 exam; additional interviews may be scheduled at the College's discretion.

7. International transfers and validation of studies. For international families, it is recommended to begin the Process of Study Validation or Recognition with the Peruvian Ministry of Education, as enrolment may require such recognition (processing can take up to 30 working days). The College details the Validation of Studies (agreements) and Revalidation of Studies (no agreement) processes, and outlines the required documents (including translations and apostilles where applicable) to initiate these steps. In addition, international transfer requirements may include providing last two years of academic reports, FUM, and related documentation to complete enrolment.
