Payment methods / fee collection
- Monthly school fees, canteen and transport are collected by bank direct debit.
- The initial (first) registration fee is paid in a single advance payment, normally by bank transfer.
- The school applies standard collection procedures for failed debits (reminders, monetary sanction after repeated rejections).
Boarding fees
- The Lycée Français Molière de Zaragoza does not operate a boarding (internat) service; no boarding fees apply. Boarding is not listed among the charged services.
Other costs and fees
- Books and school supplies: The school publishes lists of required textbooks and supplies by year group; families purchase materials separately.
- Extracurricular activities, trips, school photos and certain exam fees: these are charged separately when applicable and billed in addition to tuition, canteen and transport.
- Association / voluntary contributions or specific activity fees: may be requested for extracurricular programmes or parent association activities; amounts vary by activity and are invoiced when applicable.
Refund information and withdrawal
- The initial registration fee (first inscription) is non-refundable. Under the school's financial regulations it may, however, be applied as the first registration in the two school years following payment under the conditions set by the establishment.
- Non-payment or returned payments can incur sanctions and, in extreme cases, exclusion from school services until outstanding debts are settled. Specific refund or pro-rata rules for withdrawals during the school year are addressed in the school's financial regulations and are applied according to the date of formal withdrawal.
